Celebrity Shape Match (CSM) is a Second Life business that sculpts avatar shapes in the likeness of real life celebrities. This blog is the place our customers keep abreast of the latest new releases, special events and contests. In order to do business with CSM you must first have a Second Life account. CSM Policies & Procedures

* CSM shapes and avatars are modify/copy/no transfer.
* Due to permissions all sales are final; refunds will not be given.
* If you do not receive our folder or receive an empty folder after purchase, please clear your cache (through preferences, network tab), reboot your computer and log back into SL. This will normally fix the problem. If you have done the above and still do not have the folder in your inventory, please cut and paste the transaction (through www.secondlife.com "transaction history") in an email and send to csmcustsvc@gmail.com. Once the transaction has been verified a replacement will be sent to you.
* Please do not send complaints, requests or other official CSM correspondence via IMs; IMs become capped and information can be lost.
* CSM does accept custom shape requests. If you would like to request a custom shape, please send the request via email to csmcustsvc@gmail.com. A consultation will be scheduled for you in-world to discuss the custom order.
* Selecting the skin, hair, eyes and other miscellaneous products necessary to begin the sculpting process is time consuming and a incorporated into the product we sell. As such, we will not share the information on the products used to create a specific shape. This information is on the "Avatar Recommendations and Background" notecard included with each shape.
* CSM uses only quality skins in creating our celebrity look-a-likes. While we realize this can be costly, we feel it is necessary to get the best overall look. As the customer you can choose to follow our recommendations or choose your own alternate products to wear with your shape. Please note, that if you choose to work with the latter option, it will affect your overall appearance with the shape and as such you will not look like the picture we provide. In order to achieve the advertised look, you must follow our recommendations.
* If you would like to request a shape or avatar be added to our available stock, let us know - we are happy to include it as a potential future product.
